How did an empty plot become the hit of the season?

Our client operated an amusement park in a picturesque location outside the city. Although the facility was well equipped with permanent attractions, there were still 4800 m² of unused space within the park — space that generated costs but brought no profit. The client wanted to make better use of this area, enhance the offer, and attract more visitors — especially families with children and teenagers during the summer season.

It’s worth noting that the amusement park was located over 200 km from any natural beaches, and the city lacked aquatic recreational areas, even though summer temperatures often exceeded 30°C.

How did we achieve this?

Our team thoroughly analyzed the unused area of the amusement park and designed three attractions that together form an inflatable water park. The spatial planning included 3D visualizations, allowing our client to see exactly what the new attractions would look like before making a purchase. This also enabled them to start promoting the new entertainment center even before its grand opening!
